Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, except for Gloss Fire fireplaces, delivery of which takes 4-6 weeks. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

International Shipping Policy

Returns Policy

You can return items for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Contact us by live chat or email info@redlakecompany.co.uk and request the appropriate returns address. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Made-to-order items and orders in a specific finish or color, as per the customer’s specifications cannot be returned.

We stand behind product quality, If an item is damaged or faulty and it falls within our return policy guidelines returning is free. If you change your mind about the product or it’s not what you expected. In this circumstance customers incur the cost of return.
