The OKO S4 bio ethanol stove in charcoal grey offers the brilliance of a real, open flame and lets you benefit from the airFLO convection system for up to 8 hours thanks to the 1.5 litre stainless steel bio ethanol burner. The stove can provide a heat output of up to 3kW depending on the size of the opening which can be safely adjusted by using the supplied control tool. The modern looking S4 stove is glass fronted and you can operate the door by turning the attached handle by 90 degrees. Completing the look is the supplied log storage which is also finished in charcoal grey and the Adam angled stove pipe in black which makes it simple and easy to install by enabling you to place the stove freestanding along with the stove pipe on top.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, except for Gloss Fire fireplaces, delivery of which takes 4-6 weeks. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Returns Policy
You can return items for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Contact us by live chat or email info@redlakecompany.co.uk and request the appropriate returns address. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Made-to-order items and orders in a specific finish or color, as per the customer’s specifications cannot be returned.
We stand behind product quality, If an item is damaged or faulty and it falls within our return policy guidelines returning is free. If you change your mind about the product or it’s not what you expected. In this circumstance customers incur the cost of return.
