The Ruck® smoke box fan (MPC DFT series) is equipped with a frequency-driven three-phase motor, positioned outside the air stream. Thanks to this design, contaminated or greasy air, as well as smoke, does not pass through the motor. This construction allows the fan to operate continuously at temperatures up to 200 °C and withstand peaks of 400 °C for up to 120 minutes. Such characteristics make it ideal for use in catering and kitchen extraction systems. Please note that operation requires a frequency converter, which can also be controlled via a variable potentiometer if needed.
