MPC 315 D4 F4 T40 – Smoke extractor box fan – Ruck
The Ruck smoke box fan (MPC DFT series) features a frequency-controlled three-phase motor, mounted outside the air stream. This design ensures that contaminated or greasy air does not pass through the motor, allowing the fan to operate continuously at 200°C and temporarily withstand up to 400°C for 120 minutes. Due to these properties, the fan is commonly used for smoke and grease extraction in catering and industrial kitchens. Note: operation requires a frequency converter, which can optionally be adjusted using a variable potentiometer.
