The Ruck smoke box fan (MPC DFT series) is equipped with a frequency-driven, three-phase motor mounted outside the air stream. This design ensures that contaminated or greasy air does not pass through the motor. The fan can continuously operate at 200°C and withstand temporary temperatures of up to 400°C for 120 minutes, making it ideal for extraction in the catering industry. Note: the fan requires a frequency converter for operation, which can also be controlled via a variable potentiometer if needed.
