But with a few details and a bioethanol burner, it has become more chic and stylish in design. The black contrast makes the bioethanol fireplace look elegant and makes the fire look more natural and deeper, giving the flames brighter colours. Cleaning and actual maintenance are manageable as ethanol fireplaces do not produce smoke, soot or the like.

Returns Policy
You can return items for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Contact us by live chat or email info@redlakecompany.co.uk and request the appropriate returns address. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Made-to-order items and orders in a specific finish or color, as per the customer’s specifications cannot be returned.
We stand behind product quality, If an item is damaged or faulty and it falls within our return policy guidelines returning is free. If you change your mind about the product or it’s not what you expected. In this circumstance customers incur the cost of return.
