Installation of the Slimline 1100 burner
- Create a recess for the burner to sit in and let it rest on the edge around the top of the burner.
- Remove the top frame and ensure that the surface of the burner is level with the bottom of your bio fireplace.

Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
