The line of fire is as wide as possible within the fireplace, with varying levels of flame height adjustment. There is also a sound module allowing for useful voice prompts, and has a convenient system for accessing the hidden control panel and refuelling.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Made-to-order items and orders in a specific finish or color, as per the customer’s specifications cannot be returned.
