The DALEX gold plus automatic bioethanol burner insert can be controlled from a mobile application installed on a smartphone, remotely from the remote control and intuitive control panel. On a smartphone, you can view the fuel level, adjust the flame height, set an access pin code, change the language of prompts and applications, and control the fireplace: turn on, turn off, block, unlock the fireplace, fix favorite flame level, turn on or off sound messages, open the filling compartment, display the operation of the fireplace and show errors.

Returns Policy
You can return items for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Contact us by live chat or email info@redlakecompany.co.uk and request the appropriate returns address. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Made-to-order items and orders in a specific finish or color, as per the customer’s specifications cannot be returned.
We stand behind product quality, If an item is damaged or faulty and it falls within our return policy guidelines returning is free. If you change your mind about the product or it’s not what you expected. In this circumstance customers incur the cost of return.
