Materials
Cocoon Aeris is made of powder-coated carbon steel that gives a mat black finish on the fireplace shell. The included mounting rod and bracket is polished stainless steel.
The weight of Aeris is only 24 kg which means it can hang from almost any ceiling. With its unique suspension that makes the fire look like a floating globe, it looks elegant in every room. It is also possible to rotate the bio fire all the way around so the flames can be enjoyed from all angles.
Mounting Rod
The included mounting rod is a telescopic pole that can easily be adjusted in height in 6 levels between 98.5 - 142 cm. With the fireplace attached to the rod, the maximum length will be 182.5 cm.
It is possible to extend the length of the rod further with extension poles. They are available in 500 mm and 1000 mm
Free Standing Cocoon Aeris
When designing the Cocoon Aeris, Federico Otero made the decision that it should be possible to convert the ceiling-mounted Cocoon Aeris into the free-standing Cocoon Pedestal fireplace.
By switching out the ceiling mount and rod with the Cocoon base and holder you will be able to transform your Cocoon Aeris into a Cocoon Pedestal within minutes.
The screws for mounting are not included.

Returns Policy
You can return items for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Contact us by live chat or email info@redlakecompany.co.uk and request the appropriate returns address. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Made-to-order items and orders in a specific finish or color, as per the customer’s specifications cannot be returned.
We stand behind product quality, If an item is damaged or faulty and it falls within our return policy guidelines returning is free. If you change your mind about the product or it’s not what you expected. In this circumstance customers incur the cost of return.
